Log in to your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Receive Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and outer shipping cartons to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the goods for quality compliance, we will issue a credit to your account or original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
